Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot should be served at about 65^o (wine temp).

Pinot Noir should be served at about 60^o(wine temp).
Never serve any red wine over 70^o(wine temp).
Always use a large bowl glass (non-colored) for reds (approx. 20oz); fill half of the glass.



White Wine Tips  Recommended Whites >

Most full to medium body white wine should be served at about 50^o(wine temp).

Use a medium size glass (approx. 14oz); fill two thirds of the glass.



Sparkling Wine Tips  Recommended Champagne >

Serve at about 45^o ( 43^o - 48^o wine temp).

Pour in a fluted or tulip glass (size doesn't matter); fill it up.
